Zara Maria Larsson was born on 16th December 1997 in Stockholm, Sweden at the ‘Karolinska University Hospital’ to parents, Agnetha and Anders Larsson. During her birth, she got entangled in the ‘nuchal cord’ and couldn’t breathe due to lack of oxygen.

Zara Larsson has a younger sister by the name, Hanna Larsson whom she is 3 years older than. As per her educational background, Zara attended Gubbängsskolan for her primary school education.
