As per the victim, she believes Ray assaulted then 17-year-old Dabash on July 5th when she was heavily intoxicated.
Although, the couple had mutual understanding prior to the incident, Ray, 21, had told Dabash he would wait till her 18th birthday but could not fulfill his own words.
