YNW is still alive but has been charged with two murder cases. As of now, his trial has been set for March 7, 2022.
YNW Melly has been charged with the murders of friends and fellow rappers Anthony Williams (YNW Sakchasr) and Christopher Thomas Jr.(YNW Juvy), according to a story in Distractify. The two young rappers were killed in an incident that occurred on October 26, 2018, in Miramar, Florida.
YNW Melly and his counsel, on the other hand, say that the guys were involved in a drive-by shooting. In February 2019, YNW Melly was arrested on charges of first-degree murder. He is currently facing the possibility of life in jail. The rapper, who is 21 years old, is also a suspect in the 2017 murder of a sheriff’s deputy in Gifford.
YNW Melly was arrested and charged with two counts of first-degree murder on February 13th, 2019. Melly is being held in the Broward County Jail in Florida while awaiting his double-murder trial. After contracting Covid-19, the 21-year-old rapper from Florida was denied parole from prison in April 2020.
